I started Referlished because I believe waste doesn’t have to be the end of the story. Our planet is overwhelmed with plastic, but I wanted to prove that with a little creativity, we can turn the everyday into the extraordinary.

Behind the scenes, it's not always glitter and glue guns. As someone navigating mental health challenges, this work has been both therapy and purpose — a way to spread joy, raise awareness, and keep going, one bottle top at a time.
